← plgn Handle to the codec returned from Flix2_AddCodec()
← name Name of the parameter to retrieve
→ outDblVal Storage location to receive the value
Return values:
ON2_OK on success
ON2_INVALID_PARAMS should the precondition fail
ON2_NOT_SUPP the codec does not support this parameter/representation
ON2_NET_ERROR the underlying communication layer failed
